INSU-GREEN INSULATION PANELS

ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE.

INSU-GREEN panels contain a minimum of 70% recycled content. INSU-GREEN products are made from a combination of recycled and renewable fibers, the majority of which is post-consumer recycled paper. By converting recycled paper into the cellulose fibers used in INSU-GREEN products, the paper is kept out of landfills where it has the potential to pollute the environment. The manufacture of INSU-GREEN products produces zero scrap. In addition, customized recycling programs can be set up to recycle INSU-GREEN products. The most important green attribute of INSU-GREEN products to the homeowner is the savings on energy bills.

INSU-GREEN INSULATION PANEL

Eco Fibra INSU-GREEN insulation panels are commonly used to insulate wood, metal structures, poured concrete and cement block walls and other similar areas.

INSU-GREEN Panels Provide a Green, Efficient, Non-Toxic Thermal Solution, Acoustical Control, and Fire Protection

  • Save up to 40% on power bill

  • Reduces Room Temperature by up to 8°C

  • Can Have a STC Factor of Up to 80

  • Easy To Install, Does Not Irritate Skin

  • Mold and Fungus Resistant

  • Insect and Rodent Repellant

Easy to install, INSU-GREEN panels are an ideal choice for insulating and meet code requirements. INSU-GREEN materials contain no harmful airborne particles, are made with an EPA registered fungicide to resist mold growth, and do not itch or irritate skin like some fiberglass insulation. INSU-GREEN panels are a Class A fire rated material according to the standards of the International Residential Code. INSU-GREEN panels can be left exposed and do not need to be covered with drywall, paneling or other material because of this rating, resulting in less cost for the consumer compared to other insulation materials.

INSU-GREEN panels combine ease of installation with superior thermal and acoustical performance making them a smart choice for owners and contractors. INSU-GREEN products are code compliant, Class A fire rated and mold resistant (contains EPA Registered fungicide to resist the growth of mold). Plus, INSU-GREEN materials can save up to 40% on energy bills compared to fiberglass insulation.

INSU-GREEN panels thermally outperform many fiberglass products by reducing air infiltration. The dense fibers of INSU-GREEN panels not only reduce air infiltration, but control and deaden sound, reducing airborne sound transmission from room to room and blocking outdoor noise for a noticeable quietness. A quieter, more air tight home is achieved with INSU-GREEN insulation products.

ECOFOAM INSULATION

FOAM-IN-PLACE-INSULATION.

EcoFOAM supplies the most technically advanced injection foam insulation products and equipment on the market today. EcoFOAM products are a 2-part foam system that combine a unique spray-dried polymeric resin with a foaming catalyst to produce a “dry” foam that is unmatched in the industry. All EcoFOAM products are Class A Fire Rated. EcoFOAM provides many different equipment options to meet a wide range of budgetary requirements. The injection foam products offered by EcoFOAM do not use any ozone-depleting chemicals as part of their formulation. The blowing agent used for these foam products is compressed air.

ECOFOAM INSULATION

EcoFOAM is equal to or superior to all current foam-in-place products.

C-SPONGE INDUSTRIAL ABSORBENT

SPILLS HAPPEN. SOAK THEM UP WITH C-SPONGE.

Made from at least 70% renewable and recycled fibers, C-sponge is an innovative fiber mat with oil absorbing properties. C-sponge can absorb over 10x its weight in crude oil very quickly without absorbing water. Plus, oil has the potential to be reclaimed from C-sponge. C-sponge can be applied directly on top of oil on the surface of water. Unlike other sorbent products used to clean up oil, virtually no oil leaks or drips from the C-sponge when it is removed from water. C-sponge can also be used on land and other hard surfaces to prevent the oil from contaminating the soil or staining surfaces. C-sponge is available in either mat or roll form.

SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

WHAT IS SPRAY FOAM INSULATION?

Spray foam insulation is developed from two types of composite materials, polyurethane and isocyanate. When combined, these two materials chemically react to each other and cause their combined substance to expand and harden. During the installation process, both materials are simultaneously sprayed from the tip of a spray foam gun, allowing them to expand and form a protective layer of spray foam insulation over the desired area.

Benefits of Closed-Cell Spray Foam Insulation

  • Powerful Insulator

  • Incredible Energy Savings

  • Air-tight Seal

  • Moisture Barrier

  • Deters Mold

  • Eco-Friendly

Spray polyurethane foam, or SPF, is the main type of 2-part, closed-cell spray foam used by insulation contractors. Large-scale insulation jobs require special equipment as well as safety gear to protect the installer from chemical fumes during installation. When the foam cures and hardens just several minutes after application, it's completely safe for as long as it stays in place.

RealSeal HMP

How RealSeal HMP Works

The RealSeal HMP sealant is moisture proof, dustproof of new and existing materials and other cementitious materials. RealSeal HMP reacts internally as a scientifically formulated aqueous penetrating preservative. RealSeal HMP has the advantage of being a transparent water-soluble, non-toxic, non-flammable and odorless liquid.

RealSeal HMP is easy to use on all types of surfaces such as:

  • Masonry, Stone, Mexican tile

  • Exposed concrete

  • Concrete blocks

  • Concrete, Stucco, ShotCrete

  • Brick and Brick veneers

  • Roof tiles

  • Unpainted plaster, among other materials subject to deterioration

RealSeal HMP is not just a surface coating. It becomes a permanent part of the material, the penetrating activity of RealSeal HMP is impregnated in the material solidifying within the pores and capillaries by chemical reaction, forming a hard internal barrier stopping leaks, moisture, ice formation thus preventing degradation of the surface where it is applied, without changing the physical aspect of the structure. RealSeal HMP helps provide greater adhesion of paints and wall pastes. RealSeal HMP resists stains and helps prolong the surface beauty of the material where it is applied.
