Eco Fibra Insulated Doors are a new, cost-effective, green insulated door that is easy to install. Eco Fibra Door core is made from recycled and renewable fibers, the majority being recycled paper, and it takes far less energy to produce Eco Fibra than to produce foam (petroleum base) and fiberglass (melting sand in gas furnaces). This core is Class A fire rated and gives the door with a seal kit an STC value of 45 plus. The doors itself can be build to customer specs. We make from wood metal or PVC.
Acoustical Performance
Acoustical rated flush wood door with special sound retardant core; tested and certified under the requirememnts of ASTM E90-87. The design and density of Eco Fibra Insulated Doors increases sound absorption to control and deaden sound. Eco Fibra Insulated Doors achieve high Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ratings based on the density specified.

No moisture problem or mold growth
The Eco Fibra Door contains an EPA registered fungicide that resists the growth of mold even in conditions favorable to mold growth and meets the required ASTM testing for moisture absorption. If Eco Fibra Doors get wet, they dry out more quickly than other doors materials.
